2008 Pantegeo Christian Academy Prom
Yes, my baby is handsome don't you agree? His date, Alexis, is a beautiful girl inside and out. They both had a really good time at the prom Saturday night and the after party. The prom was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Arlington followed by the the after party. After they left the house they met up with friends and the waiting limousine.

Birthday Pie! Coconut That Is!
In the midst of the prom activities, I celebrated my birthday. Pat purchased a scrumptious coconut pie (my favorite) from the Koffee Kup in Hico. Pat and the kids sang to me and I opened presents and cards. I have the sweetest, most thoughtful husband and children. Every birthday they make me feel so special. Also, I cherish every one of the phone calls, birthday cards and texts that were sent to me from family and friends. No wonder my birthday is one of my favorite days of the year. After the prom kids left we headed to Pappasitos for some Mexican food. It was a perfect day! I am so blessed.

Meet "Cash"
Meet the new addition to our family, Cash, who is a registered australian shepherd who is bred to be a working stock dog. We purchased him in Gainesville on Tuesday from a breeder who has bred this line for 15 years. I feel like we have a two-year-old in the house again and my house looks like it too! I got up in the middle of the night to let him outside. This is also the first time we have had a puppy that we are trying to train with a kennel. Pat is making fun of me because I am doing my homework online and asking my sister questions to make sure that we do the kennel training right the first try! Cash is doing pretty good. He cried for two days and tonight he is finally relaxing and showing his personality. Pat can't wait to have Cash's help in working the cattle in the future.

44 Days Until Graduation!
MyHotComments
Graduation is near for Bubba. The calendar is getting full and the checks are flying out of the checkbook. I am planning the senior breakfast at church, Bubba's senior table for graduation night, addressing invitations, and all of those "final" events that happen before the big night. Prom is Saturday night and we are getting excited about that. He tried on his tux today at the store and I felt a tear in my eye. He was so handsome even in Men's Wearhouse! I promise to have pictures next week of him and his date, who is a cutie pie!
Do You Own A Ripstick?
The ripstick is the new craze with G and his friends. He was playing around tonight so I thought I would capture his fun!
