No Chemo or Radiation Required!

I am so excited!  The oncologist, Dr. Ross, said that Pat does not need any further chemo or radiation!  We are seeing a miracle right before our eyes.  Dr. Ross has such a great personality and he is so easy to talk to.  He said that he wanted Pat to continue healing and return on November 10th for some MRI's and x-rays of his chest and stomach and then follow up with a visit with him on November 18th.  He said that Pat will have to watch over his shoulder for the rest of his life for the return of the cancer and there is an 85% chance that it will never return. He will be checked regularly.  We are also meeting with a nutritionist on Thursday so that we can education ourselves on the proper nutrition to keep the cancer at bay.   Thank you again for all or your prayers and your specific prayers that were prayed in the last few days for our specific meeting with Dr. Ross.  My specific prayer was that he would not be required to have further treatment.  Thank you, God!

One last thing to end your reading, Sis got her car stolen in front of her apartment sometime this morning.  So, if you know her at all, she is devastated!  She finally got her rental car ten minutes ago.  I told her that our God has shown how big He is and He will take over her worries.

Big Hugs!

Prayers answered...THANK YOU...GOD! I feel your joy...Paige...this is great news...God is so great! Thanks for sharing your "good news" with us!

Blessings...tell Pat...I say...a big "high 5" and "PTL" all in one...and to think I've never met him, but I feel I know him b/c of your deep love for him...he's a lucky man!

Love ya,
Teresa

P.S. Laura told me about your girly-girls car...it sure is a hard lesson to learn as a young person...that there are people out there that have no regard for anyone or anything but themselves...makes you wonder what could lead a person to live a life such as this individual...I think we need to maybe pray for him/her...I know they MUST need it!

Wow! That is AWESOME! One of my absolutely favoritest things in life is to hear "God stories." He is ever faithful and what a cool testimony to His healing power. I am soooooo excited for ya'll. And, a change in diet can only benefit everyone who is eating it! :)

Will pray for sis and her stolen car ... bummer. Satan stealing, but the Bible says he must return 7 fold. Should be interesting!

Love you, Debra

God is sooooooo good. I am so happy for y'all. I know this has been such a burden. He can look over his shoulder forever and all He will see is the Lord. Have you ever noticed in Ephesians 6 where it talks about putting on the armour? Well, notice it's all defensive: helmet, sword, shield, etc. It's all out front. That because the Lord takes the OFFENSE. He is the one fighting the battle and He always has our backs!

Thanks for sharing.

Paige, I tried to comment here this morning and it wouldn't work. I just wanted to say that I am so thankful for the answered prayer for Pat.

I am so sorry about your daughter's car being stolen. I know that the Lord has a plan in regard to all of this but it is so hard as we go through these trials. I will pray for her.

Hi Paige

I just starting reading your blog last night and left one comment and then had computer problems. So...I've come back today to finish catching up with you.

PRAISE THE LORD! Wonderful news! I'm thrilled for you both and your whole family. Our God is so awesome.

Happy Anniversary!

Hugs!
